Refund policy

Customized orders are very expensive and time consuming and cannot be resold if you return them so we cannot accept returns on customized products. This is why we stress in our listings to be careful and accurate when entering information. Non-customized orders can be returned within 14 days at your expense if they are in resellable condition. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund. If there is a problem with your order please reach out to us, we will help in anyway we can. We ask that our customers be fair and honest and we will be as well. 

We are NOT responsible for missing/lost/stolen packages. It is your responsibility to have a safe and secure drop off point for deliveries. Before contacting us with a missing package please check with others in your household, neighbors, and your local delivery person for more information, 99% of the time that rectifies the situation. If the delivery service has provided us with proof of delivery then it is up to you to follow up with them or file a police report for theft.
