Secure ID's custom Hard of Hearing Awareness cards can easily communicate to others that you are deaf or hard of hearing. We use the same equipment and materials that are used for making employee badges and driver's licenses so the cards fit in a wallet or purse slot. They are durable and waterproof. The back of the card is customized with your name, emergency contacts and up to 3 lines of any notes you want to communicate.
Every order comes with an included key tag that can be attached to keys or a zipper so you always have a quick, easy way to communicate your hearing loss to others! We offer several combinations of cards, badge holder with a clip for clothing or a safety lanyard with badge holder to wear your ID around your neck. Please enter your information EXACTLY as you want it printed on your card.

Step 2: Upload Your Photo (If Applicable)
If your card includes a photo option, click Choose File to upload a clear image (JPEG or PNG format accepted). A clear, well-lit photo works best.
Step 3: Enter Your Information
Provide the requested information in the text fields provided. This may include details such as names, contact information, medical information, or other important identification details depending on the card you selected.
Step 4: Review and Add to Cart
Double-check all information for accuracy, including spelling and phone numbers. Your card will be printed exactly as entered. When everything looks correct, click Add to Cart to complete your purchase.
Once your order is received, your card will be professionally produced using high-quality identification card systems.
